When we came to Amir we had terminated our contract as we were worried and overwhelmed by the pre-purchase inspection report for a home we really loved with a previous agent. Gladly, we consulted with Amir who was more than capable to renegotiate our terms with his firm and the seller. Amir, ensured our worries and concerns were met and not only exceeded our expectations and requirements. Needless to say, all closing costs paid for by the seller, additional credits in favor over $3,000 and repairs over $5,000 and a whopping 3.8% rate with our lender. A one stop shop, full service reality specialist with the vision, skill set and know how to ensure our needs were met and make our reality dreams a reality! Needless to say this was a extremely complicated transaction and Amir triumphed! Once again thank you for making our forever dream home a reality!
